Set up in four small steps

  1. Download and unzip

    Save the beta ZIP, then extract it into a folder you can keep on your computer.

  2. Open your extensions page

    In Chrome, open chrome://extensions and turn on Developer mode in the top right.

  3. Load the folder

    Choose Load unpacked and select the extracted folder containing manifest.json.

  4. Try one article

    Pin ADHD Reading. Open Account settings, verify your Chrome email, then open an article and enable Reading support.

Is this a Chrome Web Store release?

Not yet. This is an unpacked beta for desktop testing. Store installation will be available after review.

What happens after three days?

All reading tools lock after 72 hours. A paid license for the same verified email is required to continue. Purchases are not open yet; reinstalling does not restart the trial.

What does it work on?

The beta targets ordinary text-heavy web pages in Chromium browsers. Chrome internal pages, the built-in PDF viewer and complex editors are not supported. Other Chromium browsers still need separate compatibility testing.

How can I undo the changes?

Choose Restore original page in the popup or press Alt+Shift+X. To remove the extension, return to the browser extensions page and choose Remove.
